American man reveals Indian CEO took over a firm, booted out founders, hired Indians. Post goes viral amid H1B visa debate

Indians in America bring their Indian practices to America. When Indians hire fellow Indians, it’s more nuanced. Indians hire mainly other Indians of the same caste. And they would never hire untouchables.

Soon, Indians would turn America into a shyt hole country. With people dumping in the street. Oops, many Americans are already doing that in the cities.

i cant agree with you more..

This phenomenon is the same for all people around the world, it is not exclusive to Indians. This article is clearly a deliberate attempt to discredit Indians by writing this this article.

Some groups are more egregious than others. In the tech space, Indians are by far the worst by a long shot. Indians take up over 70% of the H1-B visa, not because they are more skilled but because of rampant, runaway Indian nepotism.

Avoiding this problem requires business owners to set up appropriate rules to govern it.

Nobody in the West dares to say anything because of political correctness. If a team was 90% white, people would complain but when a team is 90% Indian -- in a Western country! -- nobody says anything.

I am not saying the american PMs are any better, but the US now run out of high quality talents, they can only count on either incompetent americans or incompetent but cheaper indians.

As I mentioned elsewhere, I have seen time and again where product quality dropped as the team got filled with Indians. It's not because the Indians are worse on average compared to others, but the focus on hiring an Indian no matter what v/s talent skews the average towards the low end.

mangement folks

In response to your post on the other thread which was closed:

Firstly, I was making the point that immigration by itself does not require a lawyer. In practice, most firms would use a lawyer but that does not detract from my main point that Indians favor Indian immigrants over other workers or immigrants. The immigration legal costs would be the same if they hired an Indian or non-Indian migrant.

Secondly, about tax complications, we are not talking about multinationals moving people back and forth. Visiting employees in a multinational would use the business visa not temp/perm worker visas, which this discussion is about.

Thirdly, I have been in management and hiring roles, and I know first hand how things work in real life. The whole reason consulting companies like IBM, PWC, etc. can charge $3000/day $3500/day for mid level commodity workers is because clients are lazy. Instead of doing any management themselves, they just subcontract all the work, including management, to these companies. These client managers also manage the budgets so it's all baked into the financials. Projects have a program manager, project manager, delivery manager, development manager, scrum master, solution architect, tech architect this lead, that lead.... Many projects have half as many people in management as are doing the actual technical work.

As for your final point, I have worked in gigantic government departments and huge multinational financial firms and I can tell you first hand that this kind of Indian nepotism goes unchecked because of political correctness. These companies make huge efforts to promote non-white people into management and, with so many Indians in management, nobody is going to risk their job and career complaining about Indian nepotism. Gigantic organizations like government departments and multinationals can absorb a surprisingly large amount of inefficiency and waste. I know a government department that shrugged of a $500 million project which was used barely two years before being junked. I know multinationals that wrote off projects worth tens of millions as 'learning experience'. In that context, nobody is going to bat an eye on projects that keep needing more funding because they are filled mostly with substandard Indians -- especially if the management chain to the top is also sprinkled with Indians.

LOL, the america is sad joke now, indians can turn that into a sad toilet.

And the rise of the US is pure fluke, it is because the ruins of world war and the old great empire of the East, China, were at her historical low point.
United States became the largest economy in the world in the 1880s.

It's not America's fault if China slipped.

Synopsis

Debates about Indian immigrants in the U.S. tech sector surged after a viral post by a U.S. attorney. According to the allegations, the CEO ousted the company’s original founders and replaced key leadership positions with a C-suite dominated by Indian professionals.

The ongoing discourse surrounding Indian immigrants, particularly those in the technology sector within the United States, has intensified following a viral post by a U.S. attorney. This post, which has sparked heated debates across social media platforms, accused an Indian CEO of mismanaging a company, displacing its founders, and reshaping its leadership team predominantly with Indian executives.

The attorney’s post detailed claims against the CEO, who allegedly took over a company acquired by a private equity firm. According to the allegations, the CEO ousted the company’s original founders and replaced key leadership positions with a C-suite dominated by Indian professionals. Additionally, the attorney asserted that the CEO leveraged the COVID-19 pandemic as a pretext to implement a 10% temporary pay reduction for employees and halted all promotions.

Further accusations included the CEO’s decision to lay off 15% of the workforce, targeting experienced employees, and shutting down a satellite office. The attorney claimed the associated work was outsourced to India, which reportedly disrupted the company’s culture, decreased client satisfaction, and increased the workload for remaining employees.

Netizens React

The post, since its publication, has amassed over 8 million views and sparked widespread discussions. Many users on X (formerly Twitter) shared their personal experiences, alleging similar practices by Indian executives in high-ranking positions. These anecdotes highlighted concerns about biased hiring practices and job losses among American employees, further fueling the ongoing debate about immigration and workplace equity in the tech industry.

This incident underscores the complexities of immigration dynamics, corporate governance, and diversity in the workplace, offering a lens through which broader issues of inclusion and fairness are being scrutinized in professional environments.

“My ex worked for IBM and they would send employees to India to train their replacements,” revealed one X user.

“Same thing happened at my company. The Indian CEO came in and overnight basically all of the US and European middle management was nuked. The office in India got 5 times bigger. All the talent left was pulling their hair out trying to explain how everything works to the new teams. Who then proceeded to implement 'improvements' that pushed their work back to Europe and made everything easier for them? The European teams are still delivering everything but it's harder now,” lamented another.

Another user revealed how in his hometown, an Indian immigrant came and purchased a gas station and fired 10–15 employees, replacing them with family members.

This is old ploy of the cyber coolies, during grad school we took a deep dive into a manufacturing company that offshored the whole production to India soon after an Indian origin CEO took over. This case study is from late '90s/early '00s.

'UK overrun with Indians?' what makes you think that?
UK is full of BDs and Pakistanis.
Full of Bangladeshis and Pakistanis? (I wish).

When there was enough jobs to go around, Indians were by in large tolerated.

Not only is there less jobs now but Indians are using key Indians in government and business to bring in and hire Indians in mass.

Whites are now lashing out and will bring this to an end.
Not quite, white Americans' overlord the Zionists will veto any systemic action against their cyber coolie foot soldiers for the time being. Zionists' power will only begin to wane once greenback loses its reserve status. We are looking at another couple of decades.

Who knows by then Zionist parasites would have laid waste to the host as it is.

we hire whoever is most qualified that we think is worth the price.
people commenting against that, whether here or in X or elsewhere, are just red neck wannabes
You caste supremacists don't even hore your fellow cyber coolies the same way leave alone regular Americans leave further alone any Pakistani/Muslims, leave furthest alone any blacks.

I don't believe you. You sound like a Pakistani who has hatred for Indians and made this up.

There’s only 650k Bangladeshis in U.K.

To put that in perspective - more Indians have arrived in the U.K. in last three years!
According to the 2021 UK census, there are approximately 1,927,150 people of Indian ethnicity, 1,662,286 people of Pakistani ethnicity, and 651,834 people of Bangladeshi ethnicityin the UK.

Breakdown:
  • Indian: 1,927,150

  • Pakistani: 1,662,286
    Bangladeshi: 651,834

Not exactly a picture of being over run with Indians when you consider how tiny Pakistan and BD are in comparison.

  • Last three years, I dunno, we'll await stats. But it is possible UK has woken up finally and letting more Indians in
