Bhai jan I am from Pishin-Kila Abdullah. Hum bhi Ops ka chooran khaate hain aur bharosa kr lete hain. Halaat aap mujh say behtar jaante hain. Its quite depressing. Most of the province is a no-go area.

That is the right diagnosis. There is a Hadith meaning people near judgement day will be momin in the morning and an infidel in the evening (moving from post to post).
Drawing a parallel, in any uncertainty, people have no fixed belief or reliance. They just got shuffled between 2 powers without any say. I was born in Zhob. My maternal family was settled there before 47 (my nana was a Pashtun). Sadly, all migrated to the Punjab side after too many threats (not in 47 but in 2007). Those who are stuck are in peril.
Whose job is to educate or brainwash (some might say) them for their country, political process or state? First, It is the government's job through schools, media, etc., and then through inclusion by giving them representation. Then it is the job of politicians, influential people, and opinion makers. Do we value such people or just pick conformists as a federation?
These (Baloch) are the same people who opted for Pakistan. I bet they were more jahil at that time than now. So, they opted for Pakistan and now somehow got radicalised and became traitors? and if not, we have failed in educating them and made them more jahil before the 47 era.
Also, this is for @hussain0216, who always labels them ignorant, as they were born like that. It is the state's failure that they turned/grew up like that!

Awesome post bro. Bro honestly the average Baloch is not resentful(anyi-state), I have both lived and worked in Balochistan and they want what the rest of Pakistan wants - security, jobs, safety, education and prosperity.
But feudal systems are difficult to reset.
Most people who comment most vocally on Balochistan have never really spent any meaningful time there.

In my entire stay (now I have nearly migrated) in Pakistan, I never met a makrani, qalati or lasbela side baloch in school, or who is a shop owner, etc. Yes, there were Punjabi Baloch (e.g. Qandeel Baloch), which I have come across.
The only time I met a makrani was when I was in Italy. He was a PhD scholar on HEC program. That is how much we are isolated internally. Similarly, we are not inter-dependent racially, politically, or economically (a few things like water, wheat, etc) as all ethnicities and regions live in a micro self-sustaining environment. I think even religiously we are not strongly linked to each other. How long will this marriage of convenience last if we do not value each other equally? All Baloch would align with the centre if they are given amenities like Sarafraz Bugti.
Yes, tribal systems are very rigid. I have argued many times that tribal societies behave under pressure (IEA, Gulf, Baloch). They need strict laws and the use of force. However, that force or pressure could be financial, economic, social, etc. For example, if there is a good trade activity (not a predatory one or like a colonial power), people will themselves put effort to stick together. @M. Sarmad is the best person to comment on this.

So, as per Reuters, BLA had Noushki under their control for three whole days before the military wrestled it back from the militants by deploying additional troops, helicopters, and drones.
Are they exaggerating or what? I mean, how can a ragtag militia without any proper heavy weaponry 'hold' a big town like this? We have seen how the BLA militants just ran away on the sight of our MRAP (Sariyab road, Quetta encounter?), but they 'held' Noushki for three days?!?! wtf? Massive local support is my honest guess, if this is indeed true, because Noushki is one of the biggest BLA hubs out there.
