This has not even proven true for IRGC which is a highly technical and advanced military arm. It is certainly not true for groups like BLA where the most advanced thing they do is load a car full of explosives and drive it into a checkpost.

Groups like BLA, AQ, IRA, Hezbollah, Hamas, TTP, LeT, Nusra, Shabab etc. all have plenty of people to lead. The decades of experience is already handed down by the time they're killed.

The only successful case I can think of is Sri Lanka vs Tamil Tigers where they literally killed EVERYONE associated with the group. This was made possible by the fact that they were on an Island. We are not on an Island.

That train segment was specifically travelling from cantt to the main railway station, meaning it had only military families on board, it would have joined other boggies and headed on from there. This arrangement was likely done due to the particular terror threat to soldiers as they used congregate among civilians while heading home for Eid. Such an attack must have been expected and precautions should have been in place.

Yeah I saw too, and these targeted killings have been ongoing for quite some time now.

The family are COMPLICIT, they already knew everything

This is simply an attempt to stop any follow.on consequences for them

They willingly send their son for training and participation

Until people like these suffer and lose everything you wont change anything
 
I see the "all powerful ISI" is living up to its reputation, quite a joke really. Ever since the WoT and the countless thousands of lives lost over the past two decades is very poor showing.
