In Canada, there was a time the Tamil community used to openly collecte donations for and fly the Tamil Tigers flags on their cars. If a Tamil guy ever got into a fight or an argument with anyone, the next day tens and hundreds of Tamil guys would show up outside their high school. It was the same with Afghans. They would show up in huge numbers.
That was until Canada deported just ONE Tamil Tigers leader in 2015. They all learned to and began to behave like normal people. They stopped flying those flags on their Honda accords and never acted like a gang again, at least openly. They went back to being a quiet, silent minority.
Same with the Afghans. Once the news of an Afghan gangster being deported in 2013 broke, most Afghans also stared to behave and cut down on their gangster behaviour.
Once Canada deports an Indian in the higher ups of these scam gangs, the Indians will begin to behave also.
Until then they will continue with their criminal nonsense.
