Where does the source say that it's been deployed to the China-Indian border? It's more like a alpha platform test. No way will that machine gun rig with that recoil be usable in an actual war. Kamikaze, loitering and surveillance drones are practically usable right now.

How does a small drone fire a machine gun? The recoil should throw it off.

This is a pistol firing drone an 18 years old texas kids made 8-9 years ago

The recoil on a Glock is atrocious. You can literally see how far the drone get blown back by each round.

You can probably mount a stabiliser or gimbal to stabilise it when it fire the pistol, but for a fully auto machine gun, you probably need to be able to self-correct to be accurate, there were an US Army drone that was in development stage a few years ago implementing AI to correct course and was mounted with a M4SPR (30 round mag) Not sure how it got to as I have not checked on that project for a while.
