As of now, the China MSA has not issued a ban on navigation in the vicinity of the dock. Nor has the dock started filling with water .....
The launching of the 076 should take place within the next few days. We can only be patient! We need to keep a close eye on China MSA's announcements about this in the near future.
 
Incredibly, the dock where 076 is located was completed at September 2023, which means that there were only 15 months from the start of construction to the launching of 076.

In comparison, the LHA-6 took 35 months from keel laying to launching.

Some people on Chinese social media are calling this 076.
But this is a misjudgment. This notice is Jiangnan Shipyard, but 076 is built at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard, they are not in the same place.

There are also some sources claiming that the launch of the 076 is scheduled for December 26th.
Let's continue to wait patiently.

The Hainan amphibious assault ship formation arrived in Indonesia on the 24th of this month to begin a four-day visit. The visiting fleet includes a total of three warships (Ship Nos. 31/568/573).
This is the first foreign visit of Type 075 amphibious assault ship since its commissioning.
@Indos If it's convenient, you can view them in person. They are docked at TANJUNG PRIOK.

On the morning of December 27th, the naming ceremony for the first ship of China's independently developed and built 076 amphibious assault ship was held in Shanghai.
With the approval of the Central Military Commission, the first ship of the 076 amphibious assault ship was named "Sichuan Ship of the PLA Navy", and the ship number was "51". The Sichuan ship has a full load displacement of over 40000 tons and is equipped with a dual island superstructure and a fully longitudinal flight deck. It innovatively applies electromagnetic catapult and interception technology and can carry fixed wing aircraft, helicopters, amphibious equipment, etc. It is a new generation amphibious assault ship for the navy and a key equipment for promoting the transformation and development of the navy and enhancing its ability to engage in deep-sea combat. After the ship is launched, equipment debugging, mooring tests, navigation tests, and other work will be carried out according to the plan.

the Type 076 is an LHA with the ability to carry fixed-wing aircraft (most likely J-35).

Some Defense enthusias will likely visit, but maybe public cannot visit the ship. Personally I never visit Navy base in Tanjung Priok. I think it needs permission to do so.

I'm not sure about the rules for Indonesian naval bases.
Usually, when Chinese warships visit a foreign country, local residents are allowed to board and visit the ship, but this may require some permission.
