Chinese SAC - FC-31/J-35 5th Gen Stealth Aircraft

No, you clearly Said:

„Could be J-35 is PAF first then PLAAF after“

And that alone is already wrong, since so far neither the PLAN nor the PAF has them in service but only the PLAAF!

Has that been confirmed? I've read rumors that the PLAAF has inducted them at a limited rate, but I've seen nothing definitive.

Based on this image and its serial number 61821 the J-35A is confirmed in PLAAF service flying within the 1st Air Brigade.

As of July 2025, the J-35A has officially entered serial production in China. Recent footage from Shenyang Aircraft Corporation’s production facility showed multiple J-35 airframes in advanced stages of assembly, confirming that the program has moved beyond prototypes and limited production. Hopefully, Chinese mass produce it to meet both local and foreign requirements.

By the looks of it, This pulse line could produce atleast 20 J-35/As at a given time. That’s HUGE!

@MastanKhan

Don’t tag him, he still thinks Pakistan will get them before the PLAAF in a special variant a la F/A-18-style that looks Like a J-10. :ROFLMAO:

A year ago PDF and twitter experts were arguing J35 doesn't exist, and only a few prototypes exist, now we know how advance the project is, and how China is already inducting the plane.

just 20? this plant alone could accommodate a hundred and there are more building on the side, the question is, what is the number of order.

I do not think I have seen such a plant, not since pictures of the mass US WWII factories that were literally churning out heavy bombers like motor cars.

This is insane. It can only be that China intends to have J-35 in the thousands, not hundreds.....

Includes export J-35 maybe, plus future J-50, wingman drones, etc, SAC also manufactures some Y-9 parts, civilian plane wings extra.

They tend to forget when US said its impossible for china to have 3 aircraft carriers and no. of destroyers and frigates by 2030. We are just half past 2025 and China has 3 aircraft carriers type 55 and newer ships. China industry is on full throttle. Pakistan may not get J35 this year but at least 30 j35 by mid of 2026 operational and dozens in production in china is possibility or even more.

I perused the full video of the story and made some discoveries.
This news video is a composite of old and new video, not all of it is newly shot video.

The main content of this news video is about “Liaoning Governor Wang Xinwei inspecting Shenyang Aviation Industrial Park”.
However, the video does not show Wang Xinwei inside the construction site of the new SAC plant. This is not in line with normal practice.

IMO:
According to public information, the new SAC plant will complete all internal construction and put into trial operation by the end of this year. At this time inside the factory, there should be many production equipment in the installation and commissioning stage. These scenes will not be kept secret from the governor, but it is not appropriate to disclose them to the public.
Therefore, Liaoning TV used older video content to incorporate this news.
I.e., the factory interior scene is a video taken months ago, not now.

understood, the footage shown in the report does not represent it's current status.

even if could produce that many fighters,
not have that many fighter pilots.

Very true, this now may be the limiting cause of PLAAF mass expansion into 5th gen

What do we need thousands of 5G fighters for when aliens aren't invading Earth and we're not preparing for a world war? Just because we have the ability to build hundreds of 5G fighters at once doesn't mean we have to.
