Yes, that is me. Could have shot a video like that nearly every day.
Robert is former Naval Intelligence, ex cop. Disabled because someone shot him in the back while on duty one Thanksgiving Day in Jay, Oklahoma.
Think he wore out his welcome in Jay because he moved in very quickly and complained about all the tools he had to leave behind.
A real loser. Made his wife, who is also disabled get out of his truck, walk around and pump the gas.
He often slowed down and yelled at the poor in town, especially near the grocery store.
This is a small town, word gets around.
Robert hated everyone, not just me.

I was probably the last person to see Robert's German Shepherd alive.
That morning, around 11:00am, the heat index was already over 125°F.
Got my cats inside and looked over and saw the German Shepherd drooling. Nothing I could do, Robert had a protection order against me.
Next day, paying the water bill, Captain Billy Bragg came up and asked me if I knew anything about the German Shepherd being dead.
Really?
Went home, and took a look....

Robert has been outside yelling at me, calling me a dog killer.
July 19th
After midnight, he is on his porch yelling at me. I am inside trying to have a little peace.
Another note I made....
After my neighbor's outburst last night just before midnight, I went inside and called up a friend.
He told me older white males (Boomers) acting out is fairly common now across America and should look at all the Tic Toc videos. My friend told me these types refuse to accept the responsibility for their life choices. They like to blame others and I am an easy target - legally deaf and stay to myself.

July 20th
9:30am this morning on my way back to work, crazy neighbor got in his truck and chased me. I had to drive twice the speed limit to try to get away from him.
He caught up to me at the intersection at HWY 169, got out of his truck and tried to attack me before I sped off again.
(Unbeknownst to me, Carlos an hour earlier, tore down the dog killer sign, see video above)

Just wow. I had to call the police on the ex-piggy next door for threatening and harassing me.
And while I was on the phone with my landlord, Robert went off on me again. Told my landlord I had to get off the phone to record a video.
While recording my neighbor ranting and raving in front of my house, three cop cars showed up. My landlord called the police because she could hear Robert threatening to kill my cats during our phone conversation.
Guess who has to go to court Monday morning? Yep, me. For doing nothing more than sitting on my porch filming a crazy out of control ex-cop yelling and threatening me.

One thing I learned talking with the police....
My neighbor, Robert Ferguson, ex naval intelligence has been spying on all of my phone calls and conversations with guests in my home or on my front porch. I have to be careful what I say in my own home now.
Just wow. Spying on me is ok. I have no rights or expectations of privacy in my own home.
Robert is a nut. At least three times this evening he came up to the lot line yelling and threatening me, while tapping the gun holstered at his hip, under his t-shirt. Showed video and the cops said Robert has freedom of speech. I asked the cops if harassing me is freedom of speech. Crickets.
I have kept my being a Muslim very private to avoid problems. Now that I know he has me under total surveillance, he has heard me talk about the Quran on the phone, in my own home.
America the free - yea right.
(Since then, I have learned I am more of a muslim, small M, than a Muslim. Stay to myself, a "church of one", like Thomas Jefferson).

Its been a couple months now i don't remember which night exactly but i remember you telling me about it then a few nights later when i came to work with amanda that sheriife and short skinny city cop came in giggling about it
(Cops came to the truck stop where I work and told me they seen one of my cats dead in the middle of the street to upset me)

This is Oklahoma. My small town of Nowata loves piggies. And the piggy next door has told me I have no rights.
I had my best friend on the phone for much of the neighbor ranting in front of my home, on the sidewalk. My friend told me this entitled piggy is very angry, off the rails, because I am remaining calm as I am being threatened and vulgarities being directed towards me. In the middle of his each of his four rants, piggy yells he has freedom of speech.
When I played the video for the cops, asked them how much I have to put up with before it becomes harassment? Silence.
I guarantee you if I walked over on the sidewalk in front of his house and did the same thing, I will be sitting in a jail cell right now.

In Oklahoma there is no expectation of privacy once one walks outside their door.
For months, my neighbor has had video cameras directed on my backdoor and my front porch to alert him when I walk outside.
He scrutinizes videos and audios looking for something to call the cops on me. I have to keep reminding myself I live under total surveillance.

Update:
Neighbor came to my place of work this morning to tell me there is now a cop car stationed north of me, and south of me every night to guard my neighbor's sign calling me a dog killer.
I will see if I can get a video of this tonight.
By the way, I wasn't the one who took the first sign down.
