Carlos is the one who made up a bunch of wild stories to get me locked up three weeks ago.
Basically, everything he has been doing to me, for months, he ran to the authorities and accused me of.
He has four protection orders against him. So he knows how it works.
Back in the spring, he finally bought a car. He stole money from his "grand mother", the lady who saved him from Tulsa.
How do I know? I was the one who chipped in the last $40 to help the older lady get her lights turned on.

Right now he is living in someone's garage. I work with one of the guys who live in that party house. Drugs, drugs, and more drugs.
They never get busted. One guy is the nephew of Billy Bragg, Captain of the Nowata City Police.

The female cop working with Carlos on framing me, may be still smoking meth, supplied by either Carlos or McKenzie.

My biggest mistake was trying to help Carlos straighten up his life about two years ago. We were co-workers. I made sure he had a ride, to and from work for about a year and a half, before I finally got tired of this loser.

Makenzie, I find out, is the daughter of the man with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas, who is now sitting in prison, for carrying four pounds of meth with him at an airport in Houston Texas.

The year and a half I was giving Carlos rides to and from work, every few months, he would be staying somewhere else.
Now, that I am investigating, asking around - find out that the house Carlos was staying in on Bushyhead street is a stash house for the Mexican Mafia.
The owner of the house, Bill, once told me the current police chief is getting his payments from the Mafia from that house.
