What is the difference between law enforcement and lawlessness?
In this Raftar documentary, we expose the dark reality of CCD encounters in Pakistan. From the heartbreaking story of Zubaida Bibi’s family to shocking data showing hundreds of alleged fake police encounters, this is a deep investigation into how justice may be replaced by fear. Are these encounters really about fighting crime or something else? With reports of over 600 encounters and 900+ deaths in just months, serious questions are being raised about accountability, due process, and misuse of power. We also examine the role of key officials, political influence, and whether this system is targeting criminals or putting ordinary citizens at risk. Watch the full documentary to understand the truth behind CCD encounters in Pakistan.

Remarkable insights, however, the narration states the video is 11 years old (1 year post-APS massacre).

I would hope the counter-terror fight has evolved hugely beyond this, which is basically ill equipped "on the beat bobbies/CID" hopelessly risking their lives to deal with a brutal terrorist threat. Surely these sorts of operations look drastically different now, as what I was seeing there was simply not fit for purpose, (even back in 2015!).

Seems like an old video. But one thing hasn’t changed since then. It’s abundantly clear that there is no negotiating or talking sense into hardcore khwarij, they will try to kill you and your only course of action is to fight them wherever you find them.

Saying Pakistan has turned into a Mini Gaza, is insult to the 70-80k Gazan's who were murdered in Air strikes, and 18k children. Pakistan ki Chutiya Awam will cling to any/every tragic events to justify their criticism of Govt if their support base is not in Power. If Pakistan used Israel Tactic in just Tribal Area after their constant support for TTP it would've been justified as we lost 80-100k civilians because that war, while Israel only did what they did in Gaza after losing 1200 people.
He is a poet too, and they do exaggerate (mubalgah). I shared the news and don't agree with the caption as such.

Lastly, a tragedy measure is not just its scale. Did you bother to consider that both were Pakistanis here (police and civilian)?

Anyway, just concentrate on the news. These voices should be heard.

K-P has been battling terrorism since the United States' ouster from Afghanistan, with terrorists often crossing the border to target police convoys and vehicles, resulting in the deaths of several officials and personnel.

The province has witnessed a surge in terrorist attacks, accounting for the highest number of incidents in the country. Out of a total of 5,397 reported incidents last year, K-P recorded 3,811, followed by Balochistan with 1,557 incidents. Only 29 incidents were reported from the rest of the country. Is Pakistan prepared for war with Iran? Once characterized as "unthinkable" by Pakistan's military leadership, the deployment of 8,000 Pakistani troops to KSA, in apparent anticipation of renewed hostilities with Iran, compels me to ask the question.

Iran striking at Pakistan through its proxies in Afghanistan is one possibility. However, the possibility of a more direct conflict also exists: through missile attacks, naval conflict, or activation of Iranian-controlled proxies that may exist within Pakistan itself.
