Going by history, in air combat against pakistan India will definitely be humiliated again by IAF performance, regardless of how may rafales we get.

Maybe the indian Navy would have better result than IAF with Rafales.

Btw those Agosta are four decades old technology adding Aip does not reduce radar signature acoustics signature depth range and battle management efficiency of the superior far more expensive Indian scorpene
