Taliban have already banned female education so no new doctor is getting passed out from the medical colleges. The ones that already exist, don't know how many are even allowed to work practically in the field

Don't know who is treating them. This is outright cruelty with women and has nothing to do with religion. See, as much as I believe keeping personal relations and aid during crisis out of politics — this is completely impossible with Afghanistan.
