Compressed air spraying at Abu Qir Engineering Industries Company, raising the efficiency of the urea formaldehyde plant at Heliopolis Chemical Industries Company, developing heavy ammunition production lines at Helwan Engineering Industries Company by arranging a (1000) ton hydraulic press to press the ring and rehabilitating a (250) vertical ton press, and developing a production unit. Steel at Abu Zaabal Engineering Industries Company by raising the efficiency of the continuous casting machine, and developing cutting equipment for armored steel in the armor production and repair factory by arranging (4) laser cutting machines. Weapons production lines at Abu Zaabal Specialized Industries Company were also developed by adding (8) machines. Five-axis CNC, two (2) multi-axis machines with a diameter of 52 mm, and a multi-axis CNC lathe machine.
She noted that during the past year, a number of research was approved aimed at developing the technologies used in production, most notably research on the design and implementation of an ammunition carrier for the 155 mm A5 howitzer on the M548 vehicle, modifying the intensity of the howitzers for the benefit of the artillery department, developing the 107 mm launcher system, and equipping the Sena 200 armored vehicle with a turret. The trio, the production of the initial sample of the launcher (Raad-200), the development and production of the zero lot for the ARS-2 disinfection vehicle equipment, and the design and production of the 375 mm Dolphin depth-based missile shell.
The statement confirmed that one of the most prominent achievements of the Ministry of Military Production in the military field is participation in the International Defense Industries Exhibition in its third edition, “EDEX 2023,” which was held last December under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
