I don't see any credible report saying that Egypt has those missiles. The satellite imagery could be most likely scud missiles? Scud are completely obsolete and will not even work given shelf life already over for decades.

Egypt will build its true military capability when it starts building its own BMs and CMs. Otherwise, it cannot even scratch Israel. You know that too. Otherwise with what weapon Egypt will strike Israel? EAF with laser guided bombs or limited range weapons can't go anywhere Israel. Israeli F-35s, and others jets will strike them down much earlier. Even if a miracle happens and some Egyptian fighter aircraft reach near border, it will be struck down with very advance Israeli layered air defense.

The fact is that Putin has said Russia is committed to Israel's defence. Russia, like the US or Europe, will never sell any military equipment to Arabs/Turks/Iranians or any other Muslim country that can match or exceed Israel's capabilities.

Iran paid for advanced Russian jets years ago (before the Ukraine war) and never received them.
