Cherry has questionable quality control issues, BYD are actually alot better on that front and their battery technology(longevity under recharging) is considered to be very good too..

For that we will need to wait some years. Warranty is good, it will be locally assembled so company isn't going anywhere. This should replace Yaris, Alsvin, Honda city or even Corolla. Because the saving on petrol alone will be Rs500k per year for 20k/km for the same price.

Why take the risk, if the collective track record reported by so many EV specialists is so bad on it as brand ? I wouldn't take the risk with my money, not worth the risk, let other's do the experiment.
