Stop the old policy of using militants against militants, brainwashing kids, targetting the poor and needy and misusing them. Bring a real change.

***YAWN**** Literally the same old Establishment template is being implemented whenever Governor Raj is imposed on a province , with a few customizations lol.

1. Declare drive against road encroachments.
2. Performative statements on Kashmir.
3. Arrest and jail political leadership.
4. Raid Development funds to pay bonuses and bribes to police/paramilitary/militia.
5. Station soldiers or police at supermarket checkout counters.
6. Announce expulsion of Afghan refugees.
7. Pay any arrears in salaries to government employees.

Everything will be back to BAU in a few months, including the encroachments.
