FIFA World Cup 2026

It is sad that the Argentine team is being pilloried for the fact that it has currently a RW govt led by a Zionist shill. Politics changes, ruling parties change, tomorrow Argentina may have a left wing govt, Spain may have a right-wing govt.

I have supported Argentina since 1986, when El Diego, an outspoken supporter of the Palestinian people, was its inspiration leader. For many years ARG was never in the picture when ISR-PAL issues were considered, I still remained an Argie supporter, and now when a Zio shill is their President I am still a supporter.

Vamos Argentina! Albiceleste 4 ever!

Regards

well we are supporting Spain. Argentina plays dirty.

Spain’s midfield control vs. Argentina’s ability to break quickly and capitalize on individual brilliance. If Spain controls the tempo for 90 minutes, they have the edge. If the game becomes open or stays close late, Argentina becomes very dangerous. I would rate it 55-45 in favor of Spain.

Messi vs New Barcelona for the FIFA Final
Barcelona alone has 8 players representing Spain and zero player from real madrid.

Why you should care about World Cup third-place play-off

England's World Cup dreams are dashed once more, the wait for a first men's major trophy since 1966 goes on - and to make matters worse, they can't even get on a plane and fly home just yet.

That's right, the tournament is not quite over for Thomas Tuchel's side with a third-place play-off against France to come on Saturday (22:00 BST).

It probably seems like the last thing anyone wants after Wednesday's heart-breaking loss to Argentina, but maybe it won't be so bad?

In fact, when you think about it, there are at least four reasons why you do, actually, want to watch it...

Fc Barcelona historically produces more elite talents for the Spanish football team than any other club while Real Madrid has a stronger historical reputation as an international club that relies on buying global superstars rather than developing domestic youth

MIAMI: Angst-ridden Argentine football fans are putting their faith in good luck rituals ahead of Sunday's World Cup final against Spain.

Lionel Messi's men are just one game away from retaining their title after beating old foes England 2-1 in Wednesday's semi-final in Atlanta.

But as adrenaline levels soar, supporters need something to calm the nerves.

Good luck rituals are common across the South American nation and a healthy dose of superstition is helping fans cope with the pressure.

During the match, "no one moves from the spot they occupied the last time," Andres Gonzalez told AFP in the working-class Liniers neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

The self-declared "football addict" believes it is essential for everybody to follow the rules.

"If you went to the bathroom and there's a goal, we lock you in. You stay there until the match is over," the 48-year-old accountant explained with conviction.

'Cabala'

Gonzalez is referring to a "cabala" -- a ritual believed to bring good luck.

Such practices take place throughout society, with Argentine President Javier Milei disclosing his own special habits on Thursday.

I think Spain will have the same issues. Diry dirty Argentina. If its just on the football - Spain will walk it...........

Spain playing dirty Argentina , they need to bring a matador out of retirement! For Sunday final 😜

Zionists or not, Argies are still cheats and they still wantonly bring divisive politics brazenly onto the sports pitch. Maybe that's why Indians like them.

Kabala is a jewish sufi practice linked to sorcery and yes messi and other teammates wear this kabala bracelet in their legs and arms

Spain's defence is the best in this World Cup. Cucurella is always a pest to an attacker, Porro is defensively and offensively superb, while the partnership of Cubarsi and Laporte is just unmatched. Their counterparts' defence is aggressive (Romero and Martinez), their erratic plays can be costly sometimes, but they will play dirty against the Spain attackers.
