I don’t see Sarfarosh as a single utility system but as an affordable (cheaper) platform that does all that. Like the American FAMM platforms.

Its a combination of Cruise missile and LM. Cheaper to made but also high speed than typical LM (with 95 m/s cruise speed, that translates to 342 km/hr) . It can be canisterizwd as well so a single launch vehicle can launch 20-30 of these as well. Just like this chinese launch system.

This would be a site to see. 100 of these vehicles launching sarfarosh from each tube.
