btw, what type of gun was that, it looked like it needed to be loaded after every shot. So for totally inexperienced person that maybe another reason to not attempt at pulling the trigger as attacker seeing you struggling with the gun is the last thing you want. It will discard your armed advantage.

Not sure why there is so much nitpicking about the national origin of the father. He had lived in Australia for the majority of his life and his son was a native Australian. In any case, it is South Asian Muslims, in particular, and Muslims in general who will be stereotyped, irrespective of national origin.

From what I have seen, Australian media has refrained from reporting on the original nationality of the father, but CBS has quoted US intelligence officials saying the son was Pakistani , which was later contradicted by Australian authorities.

People are forgetting who trained father and kid to shot like a pro. Licence does not mean you are pro. For hunting you not get this type of training never in million years. They train for rapid shooting, instant head shots, reducing recoil, etc. They were train extactly for shooting people.
