The reality is that this incident will provide cover to RAW which had been under heat for going after dissidents in the Five Eyes nations as the focus will shift from transnational repression to Islamist terrorism.

You can look at my earlier posts in the thread. I had said that even when the western media was reporting he was Pakistani and Najam Sethi had reported he was Afghan.

Terror facilitating ecosystem is wholly in place in India, and has been for a long time my friend. Sam Manekshaw himself was rather proud of this infrastructure back in 1971.

This is the problem with funneling the majority of one's governmental policies against a single perpetual enemy - judgement becomes clouded to the point where ANY harm exacted upon that enemy, regardless of the means or the victims, becomes tolerable to the national conscience.

Everyone knows India has supported proxies against Pakistan and vice versa. However, the difference is that the Indians have kept their proxies under control and not allowed free rein to global terrorist organisations inside their terrority, unlike the overconfident and over-ambitious Pakistani generals. Now, those who once enjoyed ISI patronage or blind eye are fighting not only in India, but also in Pakistan and in many other places around the world.
