Bro, if such things make you happy , we can start an online petition to award you the Nobel Peace Prize as well.Happy to see that the thread I started has run into 35 pages- the highest any thread started by me in either of the two PDFs. Heartfelt thanks to all my PDF brethren here who have participated enthusiastically. And humble apologies if in the heat of debate, I have been nasty to anyone.

Your story is as believable as me claiming to be the President of the United States. $400k/year software engineer on H1B in Microsoft. Lol! To make $400k he must at least be partner level holding stock options. Someone who made 400k a year for let's assume 3 years, can apply for EB5 just like that.My Indian Tenant was on H1B and had been in the US as a software engineer for 8 Years , his last salary was $400k / year. He got laid off from Microsoft and was unable to find a job for over year and had to go back to India as his H1B had run out. He was in tears as he didn't want to go back. He was really living the American dream, had a high end VW SUV, going hiking every weekend around the State, was member of a exclusive tennis and golf club etc. I really felt sorry for the guy but there was nothing I could do for him. There is widespread racism in Silicon Valley and no brown/yellow skinned person is immune from it. Where Indians have Indian managers/owners they maybe safe else they are in tenuous employment. A lot of racists hire to fire as it gives them perverse pleasure and satisfaction. Unfortunately a lot of people are a paycheck away from homelessness that's why the US has a homeless crisis.
American dream is just a dream until it turns into a nightmare, a fake carrot designed to fool people into being exploited. H1Bs should be converted into Green Cards after 5 years the Indian and other Govs should be fighting for this or stop sending their workers to be exploited and abused.

Funniest Bullshit is he couldn't find a job for a year, like little bro, stepped out from such a high position but he somehow cannot find a job? Find him, I'll give him half of that for a top position at Infosys.
No sir, a senior engineer in Silicon Valley or Seattle at Google or Amazon or Meta or Netflix, meaning a BIG company would indeed be making that much. It's also possible post layoff he could not find a job because most companies dont pay that much and he was unwilling to compromise, maybe due to lifestyle. Yet again Indian talking about begging. Why cant you be articulate or on topic without getting a need for burnol? Calm down Indian and stay quiet rather than getting excitable and banned.......At least we ask for opportunities, not stand around with a begging bowl waiting for handouts. Big difference, saar.
This is the crux, there are many many Americans who would quite like the idea of a 200k salary as exploitationshould be fighting for this or stop sending their workers to be exploited and abused.

Good point. If you are laid off, you should be willing to take a hit on your wages and lifestyle to keep yourselves employed and employable.
This principle is applicable to white American and European natives as well, no? They should be willing to accept lower wages at par with Indian immigrants or even Indian IT workers at Bangalore elsewhere, so that they can find employed. Needless to say, take a hit on their lifestyle too- drive an Alto instead of a Hummer for eg

Whole debate boss, is it not Indian nationals who believe they have the primary or exclusive right?@r3alist bro
Not at all. Indian employees are seeking to work in American MNCs who are selling their goods and services across the world. American whites have no exclusive right upon employment in American companies
