I think your timeline can be adjusted further.

China's state-owned military enterprises have been vigorously promoting the "digital twin" technology system. This will greatly accelerate the development speed of equipment. We can no longer reason based on the traditional development speed.

According to official sources, the land northwest of Wenjiang Airport, where the CAC headquarters is located, was originally occupied by an ordinary vocational school. I can't recall if it was last year or the year before. The school has been completely relocated, and the land has been transferred to CAC.
