There is an article about the PNS Hangor commissioning in a Gulf newspaper. I think the Gulfies may be re-assessing their naval capabilities and keeping an eye on Pakistan's indigenous efforts. It may be an opportunity to sell Gulfies naval ships down the road, if Pakistan can make or assemble them at home.
