Incredibly insensitive and self-righteous behavior of overseas Pakistanis

Well to be fair it’s not “us” that are missing the shots. We didn’t put Ishaq Dar as finance minister, the Pakistan Army did.
But Ishaq dar's Daddy in terms of sheer F ups Tarin was put in by Imran himself - yet no one calls him out on it ;)
its all agenda driven crap

I have never understood those that would look to damage the state and people for their own political agenda. I’m sorry, but there are some lines you shouldn’t cross.
For them, it's about winning and their side rn is losing

Either rise to the occasion and make a difference, or be a sheep forever and live out with the atrocities and the new standards that are being set.

Okay, considering I am talking about a thread where US Pakistanis are talking to congress to sanction Pakistan, I think it has nothing to do with rising to ocassion and just being butthurt

make a difference for what?
for democracy - PTI rode army D when they were brutalizing opposition (look what they did to TLP, Fawad chaudhary's dehumanizing statements, how PMLN was oppressed was for all to see leading upto 2018 elections and afterwards)
In KP he rode TTP's D when they were killing his main opposition ANP and others

This serial self serving D rider would bring us democracy?

Only people who form boring alliances with political parties (including corrupt parties) can bring democracy over a period of time like what happened in Indonesia not a self serving narcist

In turkey erdo worked with powers to be for years, improved his country and then brought civilian supremacy, In Iran US themselves popped up a revolution against Shah to get rid of him, In Korea political parties united, brought change and never sought help from military ever again

He has ripped all illusions away, the shadow powers couldn't break a 71 year old man in prison aur usne akele puri duniya ko unki aukaat dikha di hai.

Nothing to be butthurt about, all kind of lows were pulled here in Pakistan, now I'm watching lows being pulled by oversea Pakistanis..

Whose side do you think I'm on?

Yes, reason many us Pakistanis who live abroad continue to send money back home to support our families and relatives. For many Pakistanis families, this financial assistance is essential for their daily needs, such as food, housing, education, and healthcare. Even if a Pakistani has left the Pakistan decades ago to pursue better job opportunities or a higher standard of living, they often feel a strong sense of responsibility to provide for their loved ones who remain back home. For many, it is a way of showing gratitude and respect to their parents or families who may have sacrificed a lot to raise and support them. Additionally, sending money back home is often seen as a way to maintain strong family ties and to support the community as a whole. Pakistani culture places a strong emphasis on the importance of family, and sending money back home is one way that many Pakistanis demonstrate their commitment to their loved ones and their homeland. And the thanks we get from you local Pakistanis on arrival is only hassle corrupt officials at airport asking for bribes!!!

You will find people in airports getting bribes are not the people you send money too. I don't remember receiving any money from you when I was in pak, why should I offer some weird respect to you?

If you're sensible, you should be on no one's side, but we have talked on discord like this and you banned me, so not gonna reply if you ask me again lol

your asking for my opinion, and so here goes. Pakistanis back home have no shame whatsoever in asking bribes money because we overseas we learn it early on in our lives. Everyone around us, including airport, police , civil servants, will ask money from us. So, no respect from us to them one bit too

That's exactly what I'm trying to say, I'm not on anyone's side.

I banned you? I don't think so, I timed you out while I was trying to make a point, you were re-enabled after 5 mins. Lol, I guess you didn't see my posts after.

What do you expect the ordinary person to do when they see Sharif and Zardari clan keep getting away with it, corrupt judges acquit them, lifafa media worships them, and they keep coming back round robin to continue the family tradition of looting the country?

There is no law in Pakistan; the only law is loot all you can all day long, get a second passport and stash away the money in some foreign country

What do you expect the ordinary person to do when they see Sharif and Zardari clan
why only mention them
what about generals, bureaucrats, Imran's sister, wife husband and children enjoying privileges, Gogi, Police, Judges

All govt idaras, majority dont work in govt idaras. That aside, what we OSPs earn in a month, most Pakistanis will not earn in their lifetime..... just food for thought. Googling according to world bank, the gross national income (GNI) per capita in Pakistan is $1470. I think most of us earn more than that in a month, and that is what average is for a year.

Then add in fact, majority are likely below the average value.....
