India Economy Thread

Modi have done jack shit. He is 8th fail who only won elections because of anti-muslim pogroms.

Indian economy is run by baniyas and dravidian states deciding to go all in IT services in 80’s.

Why do you think India behave like a little bitch when it comes to Trump but love to lecture Poland? $200bn deficit with USA is the reason.

Now EU have imposed tariff on 87% of Indian exports after terminating GSP status. Make no mistake this FTA deal will only benefit EU. India will not get GSP tariff again after being upgraded. Now you compete with China and not Bangaldesh for exports to EU. Good luck
Lol. You should share this gyaan to this fellow. https://www.brecorder.com/news/40404952

Getting closer to $1 trillion exports hopefully.

Amazing. India ka bolbaala, Trump ka munh kaala.

Regards

As per pdf wasn't US tariffs supposed to have killed our exports and economy by now

It's been 5 months since 50% tariff. Truth be told, tariff was not on all exports plus weakened rupee has helped. Without diversification, we are still under pressure.

We still need to get a deal with trumpstein, no need to take risks.

Yes it will happen, negotiations are taking place. India will allow some agro products from US, Products like DDGS, Sorghum & Corn Fermented protein will be allowed but not Corn or Soya directly... This is not published anywhere now but mark my words...

$133bn. as per current rates

Somewhat disappointed. Had hoped for a hefty increase in defence budget and R&D (both civilian and defence) to be funded by higher corporate taxes and disinvestment in PSUs.

@CallSignMaverick

Is this USD 5 billion incentive a one year figure or for a 5 year period?

Regards
