India Has Lost Air Superiority to Pakistan, No Jets Left to Fight

I so wish I am not on holiday or travelling for work when the first J-35 lands, just to see reaction of Indians on here and their press.

I can already imagine

"F-35 Chinese Copy saaaar!"
"SU-30 can detect it as ACM Sing said so saaaar"
"PAF have no money for fuel to fly saaaaaar!"
"India waiting for HAL VAMCA (Very Advanced Medium Aircraft) 7th Gen saaaar"

The collective meltdown will be as bad as May 7th....
PAF has upwards of 6 Billion USD to buy J-35 ?

PAF has upwards of 6 Billion USD to buy J-35 ?

No idea. No idea if that is even the price tag, no idea of the loan arrangments that could be put in place, no idea if it is Saudi money. Do you?

I do know that no one pays the whole cost upfront either and it is spread out over years

Our 8 submarines deal with China was of $4 billion or more which we signed some 11 years back. So some kind of financial arrangement can be made. We all know that PN has the least defense budget pie among our tri services.

Maybe that sort of financial arrangement is not on the table right now thus delaying J-35. However, for the same amount of money (say 5 billion USD), which other shopping could bring a credible enhancement in PAF ? Only 1 option can be sought.

1. Increasing J-10 numbers and squadrons
2. Increasing UCAV and LMs numbers to above 500,000.
3. Upgrading all F-16s to V standard.

F-35 Is Fantastic, But Not For Us: Why Abhijit Iyer-Mitra Doesn't Trust Trump With Kill A Switch

Lols after watching and listening to her means him or both I come to the conclusion that F-35 is not good for India, Russian SU-57 not good enough even not worthy to fly it and from China they can't purchase from Turkey they can't even Tier Teja bhai not able to fly what a sad state of affairs.

Abhijit Iyer Indian defence analyst a gay...lolsss

He is yesterday's man. So many Indian "analysts" now have lost credibility. After May 7th and the utter shit show that is Tejas. For years these guys hyped up Indian power and domestic capabilities, now the people see the emperor has no clothes these guys have nowhere to go.

F-35 never on the table and this little short Indian poofta talking about why they refuse it. Cant make this shit up, but if you suck enough BJP c**k it will effect your brain I guess...

The Indians have a problem, a real problem. There is no guarantee of anything with the AMCA given India's track record to date to give India a stealth platform.

There is a part of me, that would love to see the J-35AE turn up in the PAF tomorrow, to see the Indian's really really squirm, but the other part is grateful that the Armed forces as a whole has a chance to take a breath and try and fix some fundamental problems that force fund another major expensive weapons procurement programme and use that to fix core issues and procurement problems like SHORADS etc for the IADS etc..

I do think if the Indians get onboard with the Su-75 Checkmake project, they could have an actual viable stealth platform to de-risk the AMCA and give India options.

The Su-75 will be an F16 class fighter with stealth characteristics approaching those of its peers, without some of the design limitations that the Su-57 has. The engine intake design looks alot better.

The Indians can ask Russia(worth with) to design the core platform, decouple the systems for the platform from those for war fighting(as PAF did with the JF17 programme) and fill it full of core Indian systems... This would require a level of common sense, strategic thought and intellect in the airforce planning that we have never seen India exhibit ever(thankfully!!!!!).

This is what I have been saying for some time now. The problem goes beyond just the MIG-21 replacement issue.

Ideally they should have had 120 odd MRCAs/Rafails or whatver inducted fully 10 years ago, the MRCA programme was launched 20 years ago.

That failure and the effective death of Tejas project means as well as the lack of MIG-21 replacement (and hence now down to 30 Sqds)

The next issue is Jaguars and MIG-29s. Around 180 off planes needing replacment within 10 years with nothing currently on the horizon.

After that the Mirage 2000s and SU-30s will be 40/50 years old. That alone is around 350 planes.

See the point? Even if they sign for 100 off new planes now the total requirement over the next 20 years is around 600 modern jets.

No one realistically sees that happening, so expect IAF to be same size as PAF by 2035

Additionally, we should not fully discount both Israel and India combing forces to develop stealth jets together. Israel can bring the technology, and India can bring the money and the manufacturing infrastructure.

There may come a point where Israel may find it difficult to purchase jets from the USA and Israel will want alternatives. We have seen murmurings of that already and we have seen how India has become such a large supplier of munitions to Israel during the Genocide.

Section 214 will "merge" USA and Israel militaries, which will give Israel unrestricted access to USA technology. This will include all of USA's aviation knowledge and technology and intellectual property. Israel will "borrow(it will no longer need to spy and steel, it will be handed on a plate!)" this technology and will provide it to India to help develop jets and military systems.

That maybe the actual exit route for India's current predicament ? Israel did build a successful jet before ( ie the Lavi ) using USA technology and will have alot of that technology with it already.

Some may think this a conspiracy but we know of the Hexagon Alliance and we will see further military integration as part of that ( which include UAE who wants a stealth platform ).
