Indians are very rich people. Their economy is booming. When people said that they lost expensive planes, the Indian response was that they can afford much more given the status of their wealth.

Don’t worry about India; India can manage the loss of three aircrafts. The bigger question is whether Pakistan can recover from the damage to critical military infrastructure—such as airbases, the command-and-control centre (Turkish), Saab 2000 Erieye (hanger), and radar systems—and replace or repair those capabilities. Rebuilding such strategic assets is not easy, quick, or low-cost
