Whose frothing at the mouth? Any sane person is aware water stoppage is impossible as the water cant be restricted. Now rather than making insinuations - lets talk about facts. Wheres the proof and where is the action? 2 weeks and no trees have been attacked yet?

Per some reporting there has been some cooperation or help at some point in time over decades......open to broad interpretation

The wider point is there has been such consistent and crucial assistance over decade's what is even the discussion here

When it's dry months. Possibly around 4 months a year when it doesnt rain, this is when all canals and rivers start to dry. This is exactly where India will hurt us by closing the water, so for around 4 months Pakistan rivers will become dry.

This is why dams are needed downstream of Mangla/Tarbela.

Soan Dam, Chiniot dam and Kalabagh dam are good options.

The plan is different. This time, we will stop and release water at our discretion. And you can't do nothing about it.

If you want to do something about this red line India has crossed quite deliberately and openly, please attack us. If you can't attack and want to just scream at India, this is actually called frothing at the mouth.

My only problem is his statement is admission of Pakistan's terror sponsoring (he as a defense minister). When its largely untrue in current era. Pakistan did what it did was till 20th century. In this century there's way more terror attacks sponsored by india / RAW in Pakistan. Their footprints are all over the place but do they ever admit it like this. I mean Pakistan a victim of terror, 80K people lost to terrorism and yet you are validating the blame of enemy, instead you should have been telling the world of the massive indian sponsored terror operations in Pakistan. Its crazy, how damaging this form47 illegitimate govt has become.
