Hence why Pakistan needs to co-develop/fund the development of/procure the PL-21 and GoKhan missiles and be able to fit them on the JF-17, and go for the Turkish upgrade of the F-16 so it can field the GoKhan missile. If India knows its missiles have met their match or been exceeded they will plan accordingly and be deterred enough to limit engagements.

Zoom out in history, all the way back, its always been Indus vs ganges. We build and sustained our civilization against these hordes in East, and dominated them and the west side as well. Our civilization is way more ancient and far bigger then mesopotamia and Nile. If People today not knowing and caring, doesn't mean it never was.

As I said yesterday, it took hours before either NY Times or Reuters to even mention the Pahalgam attack and that too, at least in case of NY Times, a minor story mid-page, well below 15-20 other stories.
Indians just don't have the clout and importance like Israelis yet though Indians are trying emulate Israeli policies in Kashmir, against Bangladesh, and in India and create lobbies in America.

As my Latino friend told me yesterday. All you guys are the same to him and most Latinos, Indians-Pakistanis-Bangladeshis. 26% of the US is Latino. American media is there to sell ads, not report news to inform a public that has a voice in government.

With bad economics at home, most Americans are tired of foreign problems, especially ones that may realize prices on products shipped from the region. Look at how much it took to build a lasting image in most Americans mind about Palestine.

If the prices of India. Products go up, due to India raising tensions, it will backfire on them and lower the trustworthiness of doing business there. For India’s own sake, it can’t afford to look like a de-stabilized part of the world.

A lot of Americans are ignorant enough to think India is a part of the Middle East; “brown people” from over there. Don’t forget how Sikh people were targeted after 9/11.

Indians think they can play with fire, defaming Pakistanis and not catch blowback.
