I think the world has seen so much blood between the Ukraine-Russia and Israel-Gaza conflicts that the world doesn't care much. Really a sad thing to notice that. Even dangerous. Between the Pandemic, the Ukraine-Russia, the Israel-Gaza conflicts, the chaos starting since Trump's Presidency, people have been dealing with a lot and there is a lot of things to worry about in daily lives, while also violence is being 'normalized'. So even if the Pahalgam attack had ten times the casualties, the world would quickly shrug it off. Notice there is not one country other than India which has directly blamed 'Pakistan' for the Pahalgam attack? The world doesn't care anymore and contrary to the Indian designs to 'isolate' Pakistan, Indians are frustrated that no one is even paying attention to them!
