I mean your own flagship steel mill has been sitting dead for years and your govt is still talking about reviving it, yet somehow you've completely jumped over everything in between entire staircase from basic integrated steelmaking straight to judging nickel superalloys and jet engine metallurgy

At least get the bloody furnace running first, man. Then we'll sit down and discuss turbine blades
