Large provinces should be divided into smaller administrative units, and when it comes to defense spending. Consider Iran's approach they've accumulated a vast arsenal of missiles. Similarly, the Pakist army essentially produces its own weapons. Pakistan should start manufacturing missiles and drones on an industrial scale.

Pakistan economy doesn't give cushion to wage a large war and any attack on infra will attract reciprocate response which eventually escalate and India's forex reserves give financial cushion but Pakistan without IMF loans, can't afford it.

even to build a barrage India needs 2-3 years and in that time India can't airlift the river water to Rajasthan. So, till rain starts India will claim it will block the water and after rain starts excess water will flow to Pakistan and elites of Pakistan will claim they forced us to follow IWT.

Wrong. Whenever announcements of war starts etc reserves are not the question suppose in theory Pakistan do not have any net reserve and India has but that will vanish as like in Dubai as entire Europe and West pull out its money from there specially from Abu Dhabi development. As investors they know that Pakistan is not like 1200 km far from like Iran or Israel fact border distance is not even 1 km. Any sane person knows that India investment will crash and in just 1 day 100 billion usd can be pulled off. When 250 million people will know that India is responsible than it will not matter any consequces. Most of all Pakistan most dam are kpk side while all of them are Chinese projects which only Chinese including Thar as all they work there. Except Jhelum project. Moreover, while Indian side all are linked to Kashmir. I mean why would 250 million people wait for India to release water when border is 1 km? When india is not following law then why will Pakiatan than even suppose India nuclear strike Pakistan suppose in Lahore than it would effect entire Dehli as it spread like while fire within 5 to 10 months as it can spread to distance of 500 km radious span of time and as read case study of luxman says that one nuclear strike in Kasmhir of India part near any river make entire water contaminated and entire India punjab or Kasmhir including Army serving there would die if they drink it. This is not a joke as Pakistan would not sitting and crying but it will use all its arsenal and take half part if india with it that is why even one successful nuclear can ruin entire country let alone what 30 to 60 successful would do both side. Moreover more than 60% of Indian supplies of arms and equipments are from Russia so how it will pace up China and Turkey while Isreal requires US for its own equipment and France is busy in Ukarine. That is why Pakistan would go MAD approach as its own any nuclear strike in Pakistan or India is death for both country as it will be in suicide mode.
Which is why no government in India touched IWT because they know 300km to 500 km is a strike distance and will cause floods. Issue was India thought that Pakistan would use like 70C motor cycle to counter India rafale and it thought Pakistan as a Gaza Model that is why India lost 6 planes which even Bjp leaders said in podcast. Border crossing of india would be far easy nobody can control the flood of millions for the will to survive and drink water. Survival and making people to make survivial or suicidal decision specially when that country has deadly weapon is very hateful and stupid decision that is why no body took India side on may 2025 not even Israle and neither anyone will Pakistan will do sucidial war with India.
Look at Iran it hold off balls of all Gulf states, including Israel and US escaped via deal with Iran. While Iran had no air force, navy and not even nuclear or jammers or even Uacv still it countered all losing entire fighters jets and navy. It relied on suicide drones and blastic missiles and it strike very important areas in Isreal and gulf while having World class Air defense and up to date. Iran economy is in ruins still it pulled off while when Pakistan would force to make survivial decision it would much more lethal and suicidal than Iran as Iran border is 150 km to 200 km far from gulf while 1200 km from Isreal but Pakistan and India is not even 1 km.

Nukes are not outdated if you threaten Pakistan water. Its worse then dropping a nuclear bomb. You don't need years of war for that.
Indians plan with FX in mind but then ask Trump for ceasefire next day.

People dont know that when war starts economy losses on both ends who would want its investment or money to sit India it know dehli, Mumbai etc would face nuclear strike. No investment economy can survive war as simple.

Pakistan fought 1948 GB/Kashmir war for a year and India had to go to UN and promise plebiscite. Pakistan continue to hold GB/AJK.
China will not stop supplying weapons. Even in worst case scenario nuclear missiles will come in to play aka MAD.

Suppose India has 7 trillion dollar reserve still it cannot survive nuclear attack even Iran did not had nuclear while Isreal is 1200 km far from Iran still it was so worried that it started a war which Iran clearly won while it had no air force, no navy or uavc. No major equipment while it faces trillion of dollar countries combine alone. While Pakistan is only 1 km border line with India.

Iran is a learning lesson for India. Dispite of not having any nuclear it folded 2 nuclear nation and entire gulf with only 2 equipment drone and blastic missiles while having a far distance border. So what would Pakistan can do to India it forces to use survivial instanct and burn all the bridges. Pakistan intention is also very clear and India cannot compete Israle or US military capabilities neither it has defence like Israel still Iran crippled Israle defence than what would Pakistan nuclear war head would do India where its border is not even 1 km distance.
While even Israel could not wipe off Gaza which had no army equipment despite of daily bombing children
and families. Hate has no cure that is why Israel learned the hard less and give Iran the life it wanted and India would do same it stops Pakistan water and except Pakistani to die in peace without any fight back. They watch too much bollywood.

that's what i am also saying having no capacity to divert water but still politicians are claiming Not a single drop of water will flow to Pakistan. Its just like "nahi khaunga na khane dunga" statement - can you vouch that after 14 years of ruling did corruption reduced ?
First, build dam, barrage & canals to divert water then we can think about stopping or allowing the flow of water, until then its just fooling us.
