Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

There was no nomination, because a nomination never happened

It was a flippant exaggerated comment, that related to an escalating war and national interest, here the USA did contribute to ending it, which is obvious to the sentient

Your zio talk isn't serious, your free Palestine sloganeering is sounding self indulgent, empty, nobel is zio, why you care? It's not substantive,it's hollow and desperate

India dropped Iranian oil without hesitation, Iran lost 90 soldiers and a ship from India and suddenly pragmatism is justified, talk about farash lol
The individual you are engaging with is simply peddling his domestic awami narratives here on a thread that is completely unrelated to such problems. He must think everyone here is stupid enough to not notice it.

Meanwhile, in the real world, the mighty Hindustani nation has been supplying Israel with plenty of munitions during this "down time". Indeed, the relationship works both ways. India remains Israel's no. 1 customer for Israeli arms exports.

But but but, Nobel nomination saar!

Iran is fundamentally inconsistent with its own designs, shifting its own goalposts repeatedly.

If Iran was willing to simply abandon Hezbollah and the Lebanese all along, which seems to now be the case as not a squawk has come from them regarding a response to the raids in southern Lebanon, then why make such a case for that in the original MoU?

Of course, it is highly probable that the goalposts are routinely being shifted due to recalculations on what is and what is no longer realistically attainable. Original goals were perhaps simply unrealistic.
I believe it's because SOH situation has increased their appetite and made them believe they have stronger leverage than what they initially assessed but it's not true because it's only strong leverage against GCC states.

Iranian leadership is having grand delusions of dominating GCC if US withdraws from SOH and GCC. That's what they really desire and they believe it's around the corner.

The issue with that is the US is thinking the opposite. The US believes that if it withdrew from GCC and SOH, the GCC regimes will be ousted by other hardcore tribes or other forms of leadership and in long term it will lead to acceleration of Mecca pact + whatever Mecca Pact evolves into. And in longer term it would be bad for Iran to continue such policies.

This is why I suspect the US/Israel are unsure how to proceed. If they do regime change in Iran from their perspective they did dirty work for GCC Arabs and GCC Arabs won't be incentivezed to normalize/establish relations with Israel as their core threat would have been eliminated. On other hand if US doesn't defend them then it's forcing ouster of some regimes/leaders and maybe forcing Turkey-Egypt-Pakistan-Saudis and others to work more closely together. It would also eliminate any chance of normalization with Israel as people will blame Israel or Trump for the situation.

Mecca pact isn’t going to make a bunch of irrelevant countries relevant.

There’s always a daddy in such a pact (NATO, Warsaw, Pax Romana) - whose going to accept Turkey as the daddy in this pact?

Unless Arabs accept Turkey as the daddy - Mecca pact is dead. And the Turks have contempt for the Arabs.

It could be to tell Iran to destroy Saudi and GCC energy infrastructure?
Doubtful. Why would they want that ? We don't even know if Iran is capable of that. Is Iran willing to risk war with GCC? Or lose popular support in region?
Which would force Europe to only buy Russian energy but to also tell their poodle to stop attacking Russian energy supplies.

Putin is green lighting Iran’s targeting strategy.

It’s not in Russia’s strategic interest for this war to end with Saudi and GCC energy infrastructure intact.
Again that's doubtful. If Russia was seeing eye to eye on such a strategic level with Iran it would have supplied it fighter jets or other weapons systems in the past. It's most likely they told Iran to cease attacks on oil tankers to get relief or something so they can flood market with their natural gas/diesel and whatever else Trump is asking them to do. Basically only for Russia's gain primarily.

Iran has burned likely 50+ long range missiles during these “tests”

Either Iran:
1. Has a lot of inventory of missiles, so it can "train" with many missiles (especially if Iran has many older ones it's ready to unleash in a worst case scenario of a renewed war) or/and
2. Iran might be training new replacement missiles crews, to bring their skills and coordination up to par with the experienced crews Iran lost in previous rounds?
