Unfortunately, the Iran-India relationship is unlikely to change much.

Iranians are very proud of their ancient culture, justifiably, and the cultural linkages to ancient India are strong. The rise of Hindutva intolerance may put a damper but it can't erase a thousand year history.

Pakistan is neighbour, friend, Indo-Iranian country with ethnic and cultural ties. It's impossible for Iran to feel closer to India than to Pakistan, but overall peace, stability, non-conflict zone in greater Asia is something positive and the current Iranian response against the aggressive implant is to create more peace and stability. India makes a big mistake to bet on the implant, supporting Israel means supporting anti-Asianism.

I believe Israel want to carpet bomb Tehran as Iranian AD is down as vengeance to destruction in Tel aviv and other cities. Now they want American heavy bombers to join the frey, since precision targeting is no longer a need, they want to turn Tehran to Gaza, just not themselves....

Israel cannot even dream of carpet bombing Tehran. Nuking Tehran? Maybe. But carpet bombing Tehran? Israel will cease to exist in retaliation.

From personal POV (not government) I agree, hindutva ideology dances with racism and it even disadvantages, divides, isolates india internally and externally. But also know that we're financially and on every other front literally blocked. We need more forwad moving from China and Pakistan, to shatter the sanction threats, like how the hypersonic shattered the image of Israel.
Build pipelines, connect to each others banks etc.
