Russia can't even build up its own AD against drone attacks. It was hit by a humiliating attack on its strategic bombers, effectively weakening its status as a nuclear power. Ukrainian drones pass through the Russian airspace and visit Moscow regularly every week.

Russia knew what it had to do by a f*cking contract. It had to deliver Sukhoi-35s, and it failed to do so. Anything else is just a lame excuse.

Russia needs to fulfill its signed contracts. Nobody cares if their military industry is busy or not, they have signed a contract and must fulfill it. Once your signature is worthless, you're no longer taken as a reliable arms dealer.

That's a good point, but it is up to speculation. How do you know it was the Russians that provided us with a 3D map of Israel?
There are commercial companies that do that. Even Google has a 3D map of every country in the world.

If you sell something of strategic value to you for nothing in return, something is off. We are in no position to sell 400 ballistic missiles for nothing in return.
