Iran allowing the IAEA back in to monitor sites is a weak move, I thought they learned from the previous situation.

For those who remember how the UN inspectors disarmed Iraq in the 1990s, this new claim of "we have not yet reached the level we desire" is a repeat of that intrusive inspection mechanism. The so-called snapback sanctions is hanging on the heads of the Iranian nation every time this evil man - IAEA Chief Grossi - and his spying agency requests more access and cooperation. He wants to have full access to every site, including military ones, in Iran.

These new inspectors could also be organizing new spies and terrorist menace inside the country since many of the existing ones either were taken down or left the country.

It is basically a repeat of what the West did to Iraq. What is bizarre about this whole thing is why the Iranian leaders want to play the cat and mouse game with the EU/E3 who were part of the 12-day aggression against Iran? Iran is coming under attack whether it cooperates with Grossi or not. Nothing short of marching to the bomb will help Iran in this instance. Mu'amar Qaddafi gave up his nuclear program, and the West still killed him. Not sure how Iranian leaders expect anything different.

At the end of the day, the collective defeat of the past 5 years that has led to this collapse falls on one person's shoulders, the Supreme leader Khamenei.

It's during his reign as Supreme Leader that we have pursued this clueless and nonsensical nuclear policy. This has been a blunder unlike any even in the regions history in my opinion. Yes, other nations and their leaders have made mistakes but they were petty banana republics, they weren't capable states. And it didn't matter. What strategy they adopted they couldn't have succeeded.

Iran's story is different. It's the cradle of so many talented individuals. A nation with a history and culture unlike any other and what this leadership has done with this string of incompetence is unforgivable.

Let's just look into this whole nuclear saga. For what do we even have a nuclear program if we aren't building a bomb for deterrence? Khamenei has issued a fatwa against it and yet doesn't abandon the program since we have been sanctioned for it. We have no fair right to trade with the outside world either. He's hasnt tilted toward one side or the other. What kind of strategy is this ? For what are we resisting? And people haven't had a clear answer on this since the last decade. Can you imagine how moronic that in itself is ?

We have suffered so much in terms of our finances, livelihood, all the brilliant scientists, engineers that have been murdered. For what purpose have they been sacrificed? Surely they died for a purpose right? Can anybody tell me about it or explain what the hell that purpose was? Nobody can explain cuz nobody has the answer.

I doubt even the stupid president knows. I doubt anybody knows. Only the old idiot Khamenei knows and he has taken us to the gutter and there's no way anyone can walk up to him and ask him just a simple question with 2 words "what for"? I doubt anybody knows. That's how pathetic and obscure the whole thing has been.

We keep fighting for what? Nuclear f*cking technology to build what? For medicines? Are u kidding me ? This is bullshite. And what happend to the 60% enriched uranium. Was it araghchi that Said that we don't have it and can't retrieve it?

Russia introduced a draft resolution to DELAY snapback deadline, implicitly conceding that the Europeans CAN invoke the snapback

It's not my "theory". You are a very naive person, but I will teach you: Russia is not proposing a deal that in 6 months will enact the snapback with its support... that is what the Zionist media wants you to believe (just another one of their narratives to hide the fact that the snapback coming from the E3 is illegal).

What RUSSIA is proposing is that the expiration date in Oct/2025 be extended for another 6 months (and in 6 months it will ask for another +6 months...). This is a negotiation strategy where Russia is trying to show the rest of the world that the E3 is being externally pressured, is acting in bad faith, and its sole aim is to harm Iran.

Russia's opinion has already been issued by the Russian representative(Mikhail Ulyanov) in Vienna :

"The above-mentioned European states are themselves in violation of res.2231 and the #JCPOA. Therefore, legally speaking, they as violators don’t have the right to launch SnapBack." [Complete text below in twitter]

you might have a point if the JCPOA says that the Europeans cannot trigger snapback if they are themselves in significant non compliance with their obligations. but it does not say that. so you do not have a point.

Your argument is invalid because when you buy a car, the document won't state that you have to pay for it without receiving it; the law is greater than the agreement between the seller and the client. In international law, it works the same way: Every treaty must comply with INTERNATIONAL LAW, otherwise IT IS INVALID.

The JCPOA states:
” Article 28 JCPOA (EU Sanctions): 'The European Union shall promulgate legislation to remove all nuclear-related sanctions of the EU... simultaneously with the start of Iran's implementation of its key nuclear commitments.”

The European Union did not remove the sanctions in their entirety; on the contrary, it reimposed them and even increased them, VIOLATING THE TREATY. Iran paid and did not receive the car... so, the agreement is INVALID, as stated by the Russian diplomat on Twitter above. The E3 could only activate the SNAPBACK if it were complying with the treaty.

The Americans have a good saying.....it goes: Play stupid games, win stupid prizes..........they elected a cleric to unilaterally lead a country of 80 mill, they rolled the dice, and they lost. So what the F do we do now?

You give them whatever they want, and focus on internal security, diffusion of power into technocratic councils, focus on getting economic security.

There are sneaky ways of giving them what they want without giving it up. Ballistic missile development? Start setting up manufacturing facilities in North Korea.

Set up production facilities on converted oil tankers.

Do what you have to do to survive. Even if it means detente with Israel.

This stupid moral war against ZOG empire did not get you anywhere. Iran was never strong enough.

Iran did have a window to go nuclear, at the peak of its power from 2012 to 2018. That is now gone.

Take this with a grain of salt, but here are my ideas:

Focus on the following technologies:

-Laser technology for air defence
-Take the knowledge you have created from the Shafagh program, Saegheh, Owj, and build an actual semi stealth fighter. It doesn't need to be 6th gen, but something that you can field in the next few years as the groundwork for future aircraft
-Stealth drones, Sofre Mahi UCAV, Qaher. Cut all the other wasteful little projects and just focus on one or two platforms
-Develop air launched ballistic missiles
-Build submarines with an emphasis on ballistic missile subs, drone carrying subs
-Electronic warfare; reverse engineer the Russian Avtobaza system, extend cyber warfare capabilities

Civilian:

-Build another civilian nuclear power plant to supply power to the north, who cares if it will be under IAEA inspection
-Address the water crisis, figure out smart irrigation systems that are more efficient. Heck, Morocco has this plastic aparatus that farmers place at the base of their crops and it collects dew water and funnels it into the roots. It's a proven system
-Go to China to learn about technologies combating desertification
-Develop the auto industry and push the growth of industrial vehicles i.e construction equipment, tractors, heavy trucks. Start selling in the open market
-Develop the South Pars gas fields and modernize refineries
-Develop microprocessor infrastructure
