I don't know. It sounds like lip service to me. Americans are still there and dictating Iraq's energy policies. Many people in the Iraqi government are subservient to the US and Saudi Arabia.

It hands over all its crude oil export payments to US banks.

While ignoring Kurdish extremists, it cracks down hard on Shiite militias, confiscating many weapons and dismantling organizations.

Iran has to re-orient a bit here

- Tell the GCC countries in unequivocal terms if the attacks are originating from their countries, the escalation would start by complete destruction of airports, oil / gas infrastructure, ports and then industrial base.

- The refueling aircrafts are still operating with impunity over Saudi, Jordanian airspace. The Houthis can be of some help here.

- Iranians need to continue targeting Israeli AFB. Understand that this is a difficult endeavor but continue consuming Zio’s interception missiles.

The same goes for all Arab states in the Persian Gulf. They all are dependent on the US and they do not have the capability to stop them, particularly if they don't want to.
