There are 11,000 US DoD personnel who are serving alongside with Israel and go in for a short-term stay, initially they used to fight for IDF and now since US has its own presence there, they don't need to fight for IDF and directly fighting alongside Israelis.

Pakistan does not have any means of being more than a messenger in this so-called Accord. First of all, Pakistan is not a permanent member of the UN Security Council. Secondly, Pakistan does not have a military weight that enables it to challenge the United States in a future conflict with Iran. And pivot quickly. Which is a mixture of both high end systems for HVTs and low cost systems to degrade the opponent and raise costs. We see it playing out in Ukraine as Ukrainian engineers rapidly prototype and deploy.

Also the rise of superintelligence AI in next 5-10 years will increase parity of nations as AI war planners will constantly help engineers build counter inventions to stymie their opponent.

So in short, the country at most risk is America due to its bloated debt and democratization of AI allowing other countries to catch up. Plus cheap weapon systems that can counter system 10-100x more expensive
