Why would Iran not be manufacturing new missiles if it could ? We have seen posts on this thread of new missiles, new designs being tested and deployed, and that implies manufacturing sites and supply line that many include external suppliers.

I am curious to what extent they can manufacturer new and existing models. They would have moved facilities underground but certain aspects of missiles may still need to be done above ground and the question is can that be hidden.
