Khatami-Clinton dealings was paving way for normalization of trade with west. IRI should have instead focused on arranging 250 Billion USD investment in Hydrocarbon sector. That could have strengthened the socio-economics of the nation. Man they Phucked up so bad.

IRI suits China because they can get almost of its oil at subsidized rates and conditions.

This will take a year if not more.....and that's the best estimate. A production line is not something you can throw together overnight....but we all knew he was coming. But 6000? That sounds like psyops to me.

Trust me, it doesn't take time that much time when you have money and human resources to throw at it without hesitation. Countries like the US and China are extremely efficient at increasing production when they need to.
