and with more tunnel entrances the US would have to precisely hit dozens of tunnel entrances every single day. it means a significant percentage of their sorties will be dedicated to just this task rather than other objectives.

Yes 1-2 or more unfinished tunnels can be made extra at the mountain base so they can be completed with the excavator inside in a short amount of time. They can be hit as well but smaller bombs wont be able to collapse the main gates. Many heavy hits from shorter ranges would be necessary or albm attack would be necessary to make them inoperable. There would be many missiles launched at usa airbases before these are destroyed as well.

Also the main escape tunnels can be below the mountain ground level going much further than the mountains outside perimeter. For example 1 2 extra tunnels opening out from under the mountain and branching away to different openings(camouflaged or closed to be opened with a small explosive) like a T shape several hunder meters or more outside of the mountain. Tunnel network can be expanded from this T shape main tunnel outside of the mountain. Tunnels cannot be detected easily by fighter aircraft or even ground penetrating radars. there are measures against ground penetrating radars as well. israel managed to hit Hezbollah main underground base by analysing sonic booms much later at the conflict and some possible intel leak not by a ground penetrating radar. A network of tunnels can be opened outside far away from the mountain and each opening that is hit can be repaired later while using other openings. The disadvantage is only smaller ballistic missiles like fatah 110 can be carried under those smaller tunnels. Maybe a two stage longer range ballistic missile can be carried separately and assembled for launch at the tunnel gate as well

Also air defense wont be idle. Especially imaging infrared short range high altitude variants like majid and 358 sam that hit some f15s(Houthi video footage available in internet) and some claimed f18s as well. F22 fans wont like it as it is an image of usa invincibility in forums like these but being less detectable by radar does not make the plane invisible to imaging infrared at shorter ranges. They wont be risking too many f22s if ad is used effectively

It means US sanctions on it that forbid its sale. It has no legal standing outside of the US but this was used as justification to seize the Venezuelan tankers. I suspect same modus operandi here.

I wonder if Iran's neighbors would allow these tankers to traverse through their coastal waters on it's way to China, and if Chinese Navy could meet it midway.

In Venezeula's case , its tankers had to go out into the ocean.

If I was a war planner, If the US attacks I would hit Israel and UAE and maybe Bahrain. I would do something that would completely baffle the Americans, I wouldn't hit their bases, not unless there is an all out war....then everything is game. Why? because Trump is one and done kind of guy, we've seen that, he doesn't want an all out war. So, we don't give him the reason.

But if Iran hits UAE when there is no evidence they supported US strikes on Iran, that could give UAE legitimate rights to fight iran(casus belli),and other countries may rally to UAEs help. it could cause more problems Iran doesnt need right now.

What does that mean? Like the oil is forbidden to exist?

That oil has existed for millenia, and can remain there for a few more, but its value comes only when it can be pumped, refined and used for economic benefit.

unfortunately, Israel was able to exploit air superiority to precisely strike the entrances to these bases, rendering them unusable for most of the war.

But Iran kept firing missiles till end of the war, so israel isn't able to defeat or shut down Iran's missile operations. US wants to "try "more better on Iran this 2nd time it seems.

If Iran fires first yes they can do a lot of damage but if they allow the US and Israel strike first the US will take out that capability quickly or diminish it to the point it is not considered a severe threat. US is good at this and knows where they hide the launchers and missiles of these short range missiles. So if I was a IRGC supreme commander (if there's such a position) I'd preempt and launch it all before I lose it to air strikes.
