Reuters said 14 days ago that "the attack would happen within 24 hours," time passed and nothing happened. There will be no open war, only hybrid warfare and media action.

If the GCC has truly refused to support this attack, does that mean it limits the ingress of the US to the Indian Ocean and Iraq ? Then only the SRBM's on Iraqi bases would matter and Iran will have to find some way to attack the American ships way out in the ocean.

Might frankly be best to just attack Israel as they are who are pushing for all this.

Looks good, but a waste of missiles given that those missiles do not have the CEP to cause damage that can take out Nevatim AB. Nevatim AB is a hard military target.

I do think Iran has "learnt" that lesson, and there are much more softer targets in Israel with higher economic and military value that Iran can destroy within the CEP range of its missiles. Iran can get more "value" from its missiles if it deploys them against the correct type of targets.

If this does kick off again, then Iran should actually "pick up from where it left things at the end of the conflict with Israel" as it did some things that hurt Israel at the very very end.

I was invited here back in '09. I read variations of your arguments since then. Some comments said Venezuela will bring US down.

Yeah...you're a military guy, you don't a whole lot about the market/finance, why do I say that? Because I've also heard about the demise of the empire as long as you have, but something changed.....the sanction regime which were ironically used to bring Iran down, was so alamaring that for the first time in history countries got serious about protecting themselves, that's why for the first time in history we have an alternative to SWIFT, we have BRICs, and we have a rapid adoption rate of digital currencies. All of it designed to move away from the dollar. So again the tool that was used to bring down Iran, has now led to the demise of the dollar.
Also, have you seen the $ chart? It's never been this bad.....as long as I can remember, it's sliding hard. Lastly, why do think gold is at an all time high? Gold has always been a hedge for the stock market, if stocks were up gold was down..if stocks were down, gold was up. Now, they're both at an all time high......why? Because banks are moving dollars off their balance sheets and moving into gold to preserve their buying power.

China cannot support every anti-American country like the Soviet Union did. Take Iran as an example. If China were to support Iran, it would cost trillions of dollars, but China cannot earn trillions of dollars in foreign exchange from trade with Iran.This is a losing proposition for China.

Kudos to China, they've been masterful, they bought oil from Iran and Venezuela to shore up their economies, there is no sanction on China itself they can buy oil from Russia, Canada, Nigeria, heck, even the US. But, they're doing a nice job of supporting the BRICs block.
PS: of course getting oil at a discounted price is never a bad thing for them.
