Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Then they should receive money and equipment from the Iraqi government, not us.
Another disastrous mistake by the Ayatollahs. All those MRAPs sent to these useless groups could've been used to protect our soldiers in border patrols or other hostile areas.
Those "useless groups" fought Daesh on Iraqi soil instead of letting them reach Iran. What a small price to pay for keeping Iran safe from the Salafist hoards.

They did nothing for us. ISIS was a threat to Iraq 100x more than it could ever be a threat to us. Also, even in that case, they should've returned our equipment after war with the ISIS was over.

All that aside, we're in a very tough period in modern Iran. Reza Pahlavi is not a great choice, most certainly not my choice because of his coziness with Israel and Zionists, but it is what it is and he is currently, by far, the most popular alternative for the current system in Iran. His name is constantly shouted by the youth in protests. I don't know about others, but I have reached the conclusion that the Islamic Republic does not want to listen to good advice and they're heading in a direction that will undoubtedly lead in disastrous outcomes for Iran and Iranians, all over a cause that does not concern us (Palestine). This is unbearable for the people in Iran.

You sound like someone who hasn’t stepped foot in Iran, then anyone providing solid analysis. It’s clear you have never done a shred of business in Iran because you don’t understand how the society works beyond protest videos. The system isn’t a battery where you swap Khamenai battery for Shah Boy-King Battery and things just lead to prosperity.

Shah cannot come into Iran without IRGC and the factions agreeing. It’s that simple. Why would they agree to take orders from a foreigner with zero understanding of how the country works, when there is plenty of families inside Iran with far more power and influence?

None of the Western exiled Syrians ever got put into power despite all the “transitional councils” that the West set up. In the end it was Jewlani and his squad. In Libya, it was Hiftar. In Iran it will be from within the system as well. The West will support whoever can rally the system.

Who is gonna defend this man, the teenagers? Who is gonna help him rule? Even Trump has said as much. He doesn’t have the support of the institutions. For 25 years Iranians haven’t built a credible opposition while even Venezuela was able to. What does that tell you? That you tells you that a one man banner opposition doesn’t work in Iran because it doesn’t have support of the institutions and factions that truly do the day to day management of the country.

If you think the people’s popular wills control a country, then how come no high profile arrests have been made in connection with Epstein in America? How come all the files haven’t been released? Why is Bill Gates not in jail? If the system refuses to give up their own when the mountain evidence points to complicity of a foreign agent and sex trafficking ring of children, then what makes you think the Iranian system will radically change to accept the Shah?

Right now the entire public in America wants justice, and the “democratic” system tells them to shut up and know their place. Change doesn’t come from the common people, it ultimately comes from factions that make up the system. It always has and always will. Peasants don’t tell Lords how to rule. They are peasants for a reason.

The LA Shah is never gonna rule Iran. It’s simply laughable to even think it. The system will fight to end before that day comes. It will require a De-Bathifcation of Iraq level cleansing to be able to install that puppet. And that requires soldiers on the ground.

The thing is that Reza Pahlavi is also a shitty choice, but at this point, anybody is better than the current system. The current system has no functional strategy and is taking the country to literal obliteration and destruction by world powers.
Reza Pahlavi is an airhead stooge of Zionist Satan worshippers( Look up the Epstein files) but you think anything is better than the current system, right!

Araghchi spoke more about US-Iran talks and Israel at two press conferences on February 8

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said today that the presence of the CENTCOM commander made no difference to the essence of any talks, having been told the commander was there to visit on of their own ships.

“There was a request from the American side for him to be present during what I mentioned – that customary, polite encounter that usually takes place – but we categorically opposed it,” Araghchi stated, noting that Iran didn’t accept the presence of a military official in their negotiating process.

Araghchi said that during the talks, a direct meeting didn’t take place, but there was an encounter out of diplomatic courtesy.

“When delegations enter, there was at least a handshake and an initial courtesy – this used to happen in the past as well,” Arachchi noted, continuing: “In all past rounds, negotiations were conducted indirectly, but regardless, either upon entry or exit, the two delegations would encounter each other.”

Araghchi said that it wasn’t strange at all coming across the other delegation during talks, stating that there was a common practice in observing diplomatic courtesies.

Commenting on the progress of the talks, Araghchi said: “I believe that if our conclusion is that this seriousness exists on the opposing side, these negotiations continue, but if there are signs that this serious exists, but the signs are faint.”

Araghghi noted that the continuation of certain sanctions and some activities in the military sphere created doubt as to the seriousness and readiness of the US side for genuine negotiations, but they were monitoring everything, and then would evaluate all the signs together to make a decision regarding the continuation of the negotiations.

IRAN FM ON PEACE TALKS:

Foreign Minister Araghchi spoke later to cameras, saying: “Why have we insisted on enrichment so much, and are not willing to give it up, even if war is imposed on us? Because no one has the right to tell us what we should and shouldn’t have.”

“This is based on the principle of negotiation of domination – we have the right to enrich,” Araghchi added.

“If there are questions, we answer; if there is no trust, we can create trust, but no one has the right to tell us that you shouldn’t have it because I want it so,” Araghchi said.

Araghchi continued: “Enrichment is important, but besides that, it is more important that the Islamic Republic of Iran proves that it does not take orders and does not accept domination from anyone.”

According to Araghchi, if there is any question, any ambiguity regarding the goals of Iran’s peaceful nuclear program, then Iran will answer, to resolve through ambiguity, and the only way is through diplomacy.

“They tried other ways, but it didn’t work, they bombed our facilities but the results they wanted was not achieved – knowledge cannot be destroyed by bombing – technology cannot be destroyed,” Araghchi said, adding that there is no other option to negotiate, and this is what the American team were told a “couple of days ago.”

Araghchi said: “Negotiations will only come to fruition when the rights of the Iranian people are acknowledged and respected and we can exercise our rights,” adding that Iran’s rights are official and existed, so Iran wanted their rights to be respected: “Iran’s power lies in its ability to resist bullying, hegemony, and pressure from others.”

“They are afraid of our atomic bomb, but we are not looking for an atomic bomb, our atomic bomb is the power to say no to great powers, and their military deployment in the region does not scare us – we are people of diplomacy, but we are also people of war – we are not looking for war, but we are ready to fight if we are challenged,” Araghchi warned.

In closing, Araghchi continued: “We are diplomatic because we have logic on our side, because we choose words, we are logical – if they choose the path of diplomacy, we will do the same – if they speak to Iran with respect, we will respond with respect, but if they speak with force, we will respond with force.”

Imagine sitting across with people who're looking past you... plotting your very death even...

How do you reconcile that?

Nevertheless, he enjoys huge popularity at this time. Most of it is out of spite and nostalgia, I don't disagree with that at all, but it is what it is.

His grandfather united Iran from a mess of different ethnic wars backed by the Soviets and feudals. His father did a lot of good things as well. Iran's economy was doing quite well in the last years of the Shah. It was the Imperial Air Force of Iran that saved the day against the Baathist Iraq. It's never been one sided. The Islamic Republic did some things better, and the Shah did some other things better.

What popularity does he have in Iran. How many Iranians took to the streets once your clown prince gave the order?

Finally someone that makes sense.

This sums it up very well:

"They reflect a shared recognition in Washington and Tehran that 15 years of coercion, pressure and force have failed to produce decisive outcomes, and that escalation now would be vastly more dangerous than before."

Iran messed up in Syria sorry most people admit it they should have made Bashar step down right after they stabilized the situation could have come to a peaceful situation in Syria where honestly Iranians might have been looked as at hero’s and Bashar could have left gracefully but he didn’t and that where we are today.
9/11 was osama not big on conspiracy theories but either way let’s move on since both subjects aren’t relevant here bashar or bin Laden

Iran was on the chopping block since 9-11.

The biggest mistake Iran made was not forming stronger economic ties to Syria after the partial defeat of the Salafists. It was the horrible situation of the Syrian economy that led to once loyal patriotic Syrian military to be bought off in 2024.

If Bashar Assad was only interested in the good life, he would have fled back in 2012 when the salafists were mere blocks from his presidential palace. Yet he remained in Syria for another 12 years through some very harsh times.
