Yes, but same as those countries had issues with what Iran was doing as Proxy wars, Iran should not try to control other countries and their foreign policies. The bases they attacked were not being used to Attack Iran? Or were they? But by attacking the entire middle east, Iran has further isolated themselves. This was a time for diplomacy and if Iran had limited their attacks to Israel only, they could have attracted support.
