It could be a precautionary meeting, like I said maybe Pakistan will send its AF for defensive role, to shoot down drones and BM's, now in this day and age, pics and videos will come out if PAF start operation in KSA, so in that the Shia's of Pakistan should not see such operation as Pakistan taking Part in any offensive or bombing campaign against Iran, no matter how many ups and downs we have with Iran it will be very low chance that PA will directly attack Iran or take Part side by side with America/Israel or Gulfie's, remember we said no to send our troops in Yemen, and we got threaten and even paid a dearly price for it.

A fight against Hezbollah would be alot easier than trying to keep the strait open... could make sense, but you don't really need landing ships for that. just fly everyone in through any one of the neighboring countries.
Maybe for the optics, I guess, and to prop up an ego the size of the solar system, you could see a landing operation in southern Lebanon...

I mean if you see the chaos unfolding around all of region, you can connect any 2 dots it will look like they are connected, America doesn't need Pakistan and neither does Gulf countries, they can easily muster 30-40k soldiers for ground invasion support if they all decide to go full assault on Iran. I don't think Pakistani troops are needed, also man we are at war with Taliban, we have India on the western border which to this day say ops sindoor is still ongoing, we have no military resources to spare. Its a very weird situation for Pakistan, we are treated good and mistreated by both Iran and KSA, we are just trying to keep neutral and not to get involved in this war, we have done it for over the years. Whether it was Syria or Libya or sudan or Yemen, our neutrality holds the test of time despite being super dependent on Gulf bailed out loans.

More or less what I outlined (fighting and taking out Hezbollah). I should note that I don't necessarily agree with that twitter account, was just providing some commentary on what I think that would look like.

if Pakistan does go to defend Saudi, then the messaging on this to the people must be clear, precise and correct and defined what "defending" means. Offensive operations "into" Iran should be off the table, Pakistan should not defend USA bases or USA military personnel either. Any attempt to lie, will cause resentment and given the size of the Shia population in Pakistan, as we saw with the Embassy incident, will create a lot of problems.

I don't think we are there yet, but it is difficult to know what is "truly" going on in MBS's mind, and what he has promised to the USA and how deeply he is, or isn't involved with the USA attack planning on Iran.

Lots of BS news are on social media, it could be that KSA encouraging USA to attack Iran could be a whole misleading or Israeli propaganda, they are masters of that so don't underestimate them in lying, Treachery/Dishonesty and Debauchery is literally the part of their DNA. Or MBS could be doing the dirty work here, trying to turn the whole region Sunni, the Shia dominance will be over if Iran falls, and even with cease-fire the time of Iranian proxies and fear of their ideologies to spread in gulf is gone gone. After the war, Arabs will be hating on Iran even more, and it will take decades to heal those wounds on both side.

For Pakistan, I think that civilian govt should come out and make it clear its a purely defensive operation, and at no point PAF jets will enter or go near Iranian borders. We are there to protect the KSA so they can keep our country standing in tough times.
