Iran's K-4 missile can carry a 1500-1800 kg warhead to 2000 km. You do the math.Yeah, any weight can be carried in a rocket big enough.
But Iran current missiles have a max weight payload of some around 1000kg.
And yes, I agree it's not 1940s, but without public enough information, researchers have to start from same beginning point.
North Korea didn't reach hydrogen bomb until 2017, when they first successfully nuclear test was in 2006.
No way of develop in days without any previous test what everybody else took years.
The British achieved a yield of +700 kilotons with a boosted-fission device. And that was in 1950s or early 60s.
Iran doesn't even need megaton nukes to wipe Israel off the map. Israel lacks strategic depth. Multiple 100 kiloton devices would finish them off.
