Well, Russia doesn't like other US establishment presidents because they only prioritize the American interest first, and doesn't really care about the lives of other white christians.

They are betting on the wrong person like Trump and believed that he was different from US presidents, and would have strong sense to unify the entire white christian world.

Most people in China expect that Russia will become the staunch defender of the white christian world if they see that the US can no longer stand against China on its own.

However, Trump is a proven charlatan, not their expected truthful ally to defend the white christian world.

Historically speaking, the Russians have had a long fascination with Europe since Peter the Great but they have never been accepted by the Europeans.

They will try their best to get accepted by them again, just like Ukrainians are doing so now at the cost of their future, but it will be in vain in my opinion. Last time they tried this was during the tandemocracy period by Medvedev. And they failed miserably again.

The world is going through a serious shift and the United Nations is no longer seen as a governing body able to keep the world peace. Once the UN meets its fate like the League of Nations, the relevance of most of these European powers will vanish in the blink of an eye.

Your average Iranian cannot buy a property in that neighborhood. Prices are super high for Iranian salaries. I do have a friend that is in the construction sector and has built apartments there, but he inherited his business from his father.

Yes, there are even apartments where the price approaches 1 million USD or more. Some of these apartments and residential towers are insane by the European standards.

If you want to see real luxury buildings in Iran, you have to go to private towns in the Lavasan County in Tehran or the northern cities of Iran. You can find even 10 million dollar villas there.

The price in Iranian Rial doubles every one or two years recently, but that's only because of the devaluation of our currency. The USD price fluctuates a bit, but not that much in the long run.

The problem with Iran is lack of social freedoms. If Iran had a more tourist friendly government with laxed laws like Dubai or Istanbul, we could've attracted a lot of foreign investment in our real estate sector.

Right now the real estate in Tehran is nosediving because of the war though.

Some investors trying to make it like a donkey had sex with camel and now a new beast has come out in the world and its supa kool Westwood LA meets Dubai and you must live here if you got da maany like Zalintsky ulla of Ukrainian mafia in Dubai......

China would take a leeching deal to bite this at this point in time... but if they do.. then there is no way anyone would attack the miniscule Greater and lesser tunb or abu must island nearby. Secondly, territorial integrity of Iran will get a boost.
