Your average Iranian cannot buy a property in that neighborhood. Prices are super high for Iranian salaries. I do have a friend that is in the construction sector and has built apartments there, but he inherited his business from his father.

Yes, there are even apartments where the price approaches 1 million USD or more. Some of these apartments and residential towers are insane by the European standards.

If you want to see real luxury buildings in Iran, you have to go to private towns in the Lavasan County in Tehran or the northern cities of Iran. You can find even 10 million dollar villas there.

The price in Iranian Rial doubles every one or two years recently, but that's only because of the devaluation of our currency. The USD price fluctuates a bit, but not that much in the long run.

The problem with Iran is lack of social freedoms. If Iran had a more tourist friendly government with laxed laws like Dubai or Istanbul, we could've attracted a lot of foreign investment in our real estate sector.

Right now the real estate in Tehran is nosediving because of the war though.

I think your vote will be neutral but it isn't really of importance because the US can certainly convince at least 9 out of 15 countries to vote yes. We need a permanent member to vote no or the resolution will be passed.

Apartments in Fereshteh do not cost $10 million. I was talking about villas in private towns in the Lavasan County in Tehran or northern cities of Iran.

I myself said, China would leech iran for a deal.
I am aware of china's stance but China is all about business, give them a deal they cant refuse as long as it provides security to iran in areas where they are deficient. e.g. adecade long 15% discount of prevailing oil prices or development of South Pars LNG complex with exclusive rt to purchase or sell 50% peoduct. The later would be better as Qatar shares that field and developing it a breathtaking pace.

It's a question of what u can afford now in this war vs where u want to be in 10 yrs
