Blackhawk was struck by small arms fire. It wasn't downed.Generals fired,Blackhawksand F-15Es down, Dubai Airport now hit, pilot captured.
US really must be bored of all this "winning"....
Destroyed my ass. At best they have damaged some parts of these factories. If Israel has indeed destroyed 70% of Irans ability to manufacture steel, then what has Iran destroyed that is 70% of Israel capability?

Did they hit anything ?
I've said similar on here but one us jet out of the 1000 they own gets shot down and Iran is a brilliant combatant.Israel is not holding back, and is focussed on destroying real capability. That is not the case with Iran.
I don't fully understand Iran's approach. It may be a limitation in their mosaic approach ? Lack of senior experienced leadership ? Lack of doctrine, or strategy ?
With the exception of taking out the radars across the middle east for which there is a strategy and goal, there is not a coherent approach to the targeting of other targets in Israel as if there is no real strategy? Difficult to say.
At this point, given what Israel has attacked, Iran should have by now destroyed all of Israel power generation and oil infrastructure targets, but it has at best made 1 or 2 hits and destroy a single power generation facility or oil storage or processing facility out of the many that Israel has. 1 or 2 "targeting", and then they seem to think that is it ??
Odd - they learnt some things from the 12day war, but there obviously needs more work to be done on military strategy and the idea of "completion of mission objectives". A lot lot more. ( That will be a thread in its own right once this war is done, ie all the flaws in Irans conduct of war ..).

I've seen very little from Iran that's actually impactful on any military targets. The US bases they attack are basically empty apart from a few contractors, and that's pretty much all they've done. Most the missiles are landing in residential areas or open areas and damage is minimal, of course there will be a lot of injuries from these attacks but that's purely due to shrapnel causing damage.
They fire a dozen missiles on a good day, a few will get intercepted, a few will hit a field, one or two in a residential area and another hits the storage room of a semi abandoned US base.
Meanwhile Israel and the US have destroyed the leadership, lots of military and civilian targets, naval, air force etc.
Somehow Iran is painted as a winner? It's a big fucking nation of 100 million, if this is their show of defense/attack then it's fucking embarrassing, downed possibly a few planes which were asking for it by low flying and fired hundreds of missiles at pretty much nothing.
Closing down the straits isn't a genius move, Egypt has closed the Suez before and this is no different, requires very little manpower and mostly just threats which will stop pretty much anyone.
I want a indian and US abhinandan collabwell today was let down was expecting Abu Azrael type vidoes , yes i know irgc wouldnt do that but a man can hope right

instead i got this shitshow
So it was off the coast and not in central Iran. That's why I believe Israel did something to bring it down.
Iranians couldn't get to the place to capture pilots nor seemed to be able to fire at this aircraft.

US modern fighting strategy is not 1990's or 2003 anymore. It's largely deploying aerial firepower. Iran has scored some hits on parked tankers or tankers in the air, other US aircraft across some of these US bases.I've said similar on here but one us jet out of the 1000 they own gets shot down and Iran is a brilliant combatant.

French likely paid Iran to get a ship through strait of Hormuz
