I don't consider the rescue mission a 'debacle' for Iran at all. It was a mixed bag for both sides and a dire warning about future aerial incursions into Iran, about future rescue missions, and indeed about any ground invasion.

Yeah, something not feeling right here. Iran has wound him up so much he is reduced to this.

My feeling is

1) Running out of actual options and resorting to threats he cannot carry out
2) That rescue op was a much bigger disaster then we are being told
3) possibly now real push back inside US Military after he chopped several generals and equipment losses are piling up at a rapid rate

Something feels very odd, especially as the US is supposedly "winning"....
